You can search for homes directly from our website, whether in San Diego County (including Fallbrook, Bonsall or anywhere else) or in Riverside County(including all of Temecula Valley and Murrieta).  We provide a direct access to information from the Multiple Listing Service, complete with pictures, addresses, and maps! And it's up-to-date information (unlike some services like Realtor.com).

Another convenient tool is our Just Listed Emails.  By providing the criteria you want (price, area, size, etc) we will automatically send you an email whenever a new property is listed matching your criteria.  You will find out about new listings at the same time as real estate agents!  It's an easy way to "monitor the market," and is especially convenient if you do not live in the area. People love this service!

At Rogan and Associates Real Estate, we base our business model around satisfied customers and referral business, which is why we include so many testimonials.  We survey every client at the end of the transaction to gauge their satisfaction and what we can do to improve our service. To us, this is the difference behind treating real estate as a "sales" versus "service" industry.  And this ultimately means getting results for you (finding a home that fits your needs) and with clear communication at all times.  Otherwise, we must constantly recreate new relationships (which unfortunately is how many agents operate).  Ultimately, we understand that our job is providing information and expertise, so that YOU make your own buying decisions (we don't believe in 'pushing' people into homes).
